Great driver, very kind and courteous! He drove very well, plus he was very polite with us. The only problem we had was that we asked for a baby seat in the comments of the order (and in a following email), but we did not get a reply. When we phoned, the company provided a seat, but which was not for the age that we asked for. There should be a more systematic way to book a child seat.
